ABOUT ME
For over 20 years I've studied the body through various paths which include modern/contemporary dance, Butoh, Alexander Technique, Yoga, East Asian medicine, Shiatsu and Massage Therapy. My practice is currently closed to new clients but I can provide referrals to other trusted practitioners.  
I opened my practice in the Spring of 2010. Since then I’ve worked with a diverse array of people ages 8-88. Some people come in for pain management while others come because of their interest in preventative care.  I’ve worked with chronic pain, stress, musculoskeletal injuries, headaches, migraines, pregnancy, chronic fatigue, digestive problems, sleep troubles and more. No two people are the same, and no two sessions are the same. What's important is finding out what works best for you.

I am passionate about working to support you in a physically tangible way, by providing bodywork as a path to a greater awareness of your body. ​ Massage & bodywork reveal the body's natural ability to find healing and balance.

  • 70 hours, 5 Modules - The Tao of Trauma: Integrating 5 Element Theory and Trauma Healing with Alaine Duncan, 2022-2023
  • Continuing education in Barefoot Shiatsu, Aromatherapy,  Shiatsu-Anma for Pain with DoAnn Kaneko, Advanced Cupping & GuaSha with Kim Hart
  • 45 hours, Thai Yoga Bodywork - Studied with Attila Pegan, 2010  
  • 1339 certified hours, East West program :: Massage and Shiatsu Therapy - CenterPoint School of Massage and Shiatsu, Minneapolis, MN 2009 - 2011
