massage & shiatsu therapist she/hers sole practitioner at vessel healing arts
ABOUT ME For 20 years I've studied the body through various paths which include modern/contemporary dance, Butoh, Alexander Technique, Yoga, East Asian medicine and bodywork. My fascination with the body began as an earnest attempt to connect to and heal myself. I'm happy to have been able to turn this interest into a way to help others.
I opened my practice in the Spring of 2010. Since then I’ve worked with a wide range of clients ranging from very young to very old. Some people come in for pain management while others come because of their interest in preventative care. I’ve worked with chronic pain, stress, musculoskeletal injuries, headaches, migraines, pregnancy, chronic fatigue, digestive problems, sleep troubles and more. No two people are the same, and no two sessions are the same. What's important is finding out what works best for you.
I am passionate about working to support you in a physically tangible way, by providing bodywork as a path to a greater awareness of your body. Massage & bodywork reveal the body's natural ability to find healing and balance.
